Sorrenberg Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a highly acclaimed biodynamic white blend from Beechworth, Victoria, often described by critics as one of Australia’s finest and most cellar-worthy examples of the style. Due to lower yields in other varieties like Chardonnay, this vintage was released earlier than usual to meet market demand. 
A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon, and 5% Sauvignon Gris.
Aroma: Fragrant with notes of lemon, lime, and cucumber, alongside subtle hints of jasmine and white flowers.
Palate: Described as "leaner" and more "precise" than some previous years, featuring a core of citrus intensity, grapefruit pith, and apple with a saline, mineral finish.
