Rich, soft and approachable with lashings of plush berry sweetness, this classic blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon was first released in 2003 to celebrate two generations of family at Skillogalee.

Whilst the blend percentages vary each vintage, the marriage of estate grown Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon makes for a striking partnership. After small batch vinification in open fermenters, the skins are gently basket-pressed before the wine is matured for two years in a mixture of French and American oak hogsheads.
