Sansibar Whisky GmbH supplies the Restaurant Sansibar on the island Sylt and some special retailers. Altough the company is still young the employees are very experienced with choosing casks. They only choose scottish single malts. which were selected and bottled directly at the Highlands, Speyside and the Islands.
