100% Merlot
Vintage: The entire growing season basked in abundant sunshine and dry weather, with a well-timed dose of rainfall towards the end of summer, ensuring optimal ripeness of the grapes.
Winemaking: Upon destemming, the grapes are placed into oak, where natural maceration occurs without temperature regulation or the introduction of additional yeasts. Throughout fermentation, the grape skins remain submerged in the wine, requiring manual punching down of the cap 2-3 times daily for about six weeks.
Following maceration, the wine is transferred to aged barriques for approximately six years, occasionally undergoing racking as needed. Throughout this maturation process, no chemical preservatives are utilized.
Bottled without filtration or clarification, the wine is racked into bottles without the addition of any preservatives.
