Montevento Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a vibrant, dry Italian white wine produced by the
Pasqua family in the Veneto region. This vintage is known for its "crunchy" texture and high energy, often noted as overdelivering for its accessible price point
Origin: Grapes are grown at 250–350m above sea level in yellow calcareous clay and limestone soils between Verona and Treviso, Italy.
Winemaking: 100% Pinot Grigio fruit, fermented in stainless steel at cold temperatures with no lees work, and aged for 2 months in tank before bottling.
Profile: A crisp, contemporary style with 12.5% alcohol and a screw cap closure.
Aromas: Vibrant ripe lemon, lime zest, kiwi fruit, green pear skin, and a subtle "blossom honey" twist.
Palate: Fresh and clean with mouth-watering acidity. It features a slightly waxy or "pithy" texture with dominant green kiwi and pear flavours
