Scary Gully has shallow, rocky soils and is our highest and coolest site. The 2025 Chardonnay balances subtle minerality with lime, fennel seedand white peach. It is driven and distinctive, with a restraint that reflects this special Adelaide Hills vineyard.

Whole bunches were pressed to tank and settled overnight before the wine was racked off heavy solids to barrel. The wine spent 12 months in French oak, 25% new, followed by three months in tank before bottling.
