vanillin oak. But you also get a bit of sour cherry and some savoury meaty notes that you’ll find with wines from the classic Chianti region.

The fruit for the Deano Sangiovese comes from the oldest Sangiovese Vines in the Clare Valley, which are dry grown and produce low yields with amazing quality. Eldredge have now mastered this tricky variety. Slightly higher in natural acid than other varieties, it is a wonderful food wine and suits most styles and cuisines.
