It is primarily a classic McLaren Vale GSM—Shiraz, Grenache, and Mataro (Mourvèdre)—often co-fermented with a small splash of Touriga Nacional or Nero d'Avola for extra floral and savoury complexity. 
It delivers a juicy, fragrant profile of blueberry, dark plum, and blackberry, balanced by savoury notes of cracked pepper, dried herbs, and fine, dusty tannins.
