Curator Wine Co Grenache uses handpicked grapes from an ancient Hallets Valley vineyard. This is located just south of Village of Tanunda in the Barossa Valley.
10% whole bunches were naturally fermented with uncrushed whole berries. This is then basket pressed into seasoned French oak hogsheads. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered after only 6 months in oak to retain freshness and juiciness and full vineyard integrity.
