The rewards from the unique minerality found in this vineyard’s soils and it’s proximity to the southern ocean are aplenty in this Riesling. A beautifully balanced wine with a palate of lime and citrus pith and a stunning nose of green apple. With mind blowing acidity, it is drinking beau fully now, but could easily go another decade in a good cellar.
