The fruit sees only a short time on skins before being set to ferment in stainless steel, eventually left to age on its lees for a few months to build a beautiful mouthfeel.

Floral, delicate, racy, with hints of lemon, peach and apple. It's a fantastic wine to go along with lighter dishes or just with a lazy afternoon in the sunshine.
