Partial barrel fermentation in French oak and extended time on lees have built texture and complexity to this fruit driven style.

The bouquet shows enticing tropical fruit characters and some citrus elements while the palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of white peach and cashew with a long dry finish.  

Pair with the catch of the day or salt and pepper squid.
