2025 Watervale Riesling

Our 2025 vintage packs a punch with zingy notes of lemon and lime, touched by kaffir lime and bay leaf. There’s a wild edge too, think flinty struck match and salty wet sand. On the palate, pure lemon and lime power through, with acidity that dances and lifts every citrus loaded sip. The texture is soft and welcoming, balanced perfectly by the wine’s energetic, lively finish. It’s summer in a glass, with a hint of stormy intrigue.

Riesling can lay claim to being the world's most noble grape. It offers great intensity of flavour and tells the story of its origins without the need for intervention. Our Watervale Riesling has been hand crafted in the traditional way as when we first released it back in 1977.
