Tequila Carrera Anejo is twice distilled from 100% blue agave in a stainless steel still with a copper pot. It is then aged for 15 months in new char American oak barrels.
Tequila Carrera has been dedicated to the manufacture of tequila for over 15 years. All agaves grow 6-8 years to maturity and are cooked in a stone/brick oven.
Aroma: Vanilla, American Oak, Cooked agave and spices.
Flavour: American Oak, followed with sweet agave and black pepper.
