Single cask single malt Scotch from Caol Ila – always a wonderful thing! The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. picked out a fine expression here, distilled in 2008 and matured for 13 years in a bourbon cask until 2022 when it was cracked open to release an outturn of 372 bottles for The Cooper's Choice series.
