This juicy Shiraz shoots for the moon. Hand-picked from two neighbouring, bio-dynamically operated McLaren Vale vineyards, it is matured for 15 months in French and American (30% new) oak.
Hustle & Vine Shiraz is big in fruit but balanced by soft tannin and acid. This gives the wine a smooth and lengthy finish. The complex structure reveals deep cherry and spice characteristics, followed by decadent dark chocolate. Bottled without fining or filtration.
