Sourced exclusively from Block 12 (2.3 Ha) which sits on an east facing, ironstone sandy outcrop. Hand-picked, 25% whole bunches and the remainder has been mechanical berry sorted. Cold Soak. Open fermenters. Plunged. Wild yeast ferment. No pressings are used in this wine. Exclusively matured in 25hL French oak Foudre for 15 months. Bottled August 2018.
