Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Lemon shortbread and zest, with white flowers, cut grass and dried kitchen herbs.
Palate: A touch of dried apricot leads into earthy peat, with peppery spice, biscuits, more herbs and a hint of brine.
Finish: Stone mineral notes balanced by ash and waxy peels.
