Kilchoman Madeira Cask Matured is a limited edition release.

This release was distilled in May 2016 and matured for 5 years and 3 months in fresh Madeira hogsheads. It was then bottled at 50% ABV in August 2021.

Nose: Caramel, orange zest and ripe plums with hints of mixed spice and rich smoke.

Palate: Bright citrus zest and peach notes with raisins, walnuts, dark chocolate and integrated smoke.

Finish: Juicy fortified wine, burnt sugar, dark fruits, lingering smoke and Christmas cake.

17,000 bottles produced from 46 Hogsheads. Heavily peated, 50ppm.
