Jester King Nocturn Chrysalis is a barrel-aged wild ale re-fermented with six pounds per gallon of Marion Blackberries!

It is made by blending mature beer aged in oak barrels with native yeast and blackberries. The fruit is then left to re-ferment to total dryness. The beer is then naturally conditioned through re-fermentation in the bottle.

It’s very fruit-forward, wine-like, well-integrated, and drinkable.
