The Charlish and Co Tinto features Cabernet sourced from the Borrett family in Langhorne Creek and Tempranillo from the cool climate of Kuitpo. A combination encapsulating a delicious Spanish inspired energy.

Like flamenco dancers, telling a story, these varieties and regions show Mulberry-esque notes from the Tempranillo tempering the powerful dark fruit notes of Cabernet. This creates an utterly delicious medium bodied wine.

You must try this intriguing blend with traditional paella simmered with saffron, smoked paprika and generously studded with chorizo and prawns. Deliciosa!
