Colour: Straw in colour and showing a medium bead.

Nose: The nose opens with grassiness, lime cordial, glacier mints, dill, Gimlet cocktail, kiwi fruit and minerality. Drams and bonfire in the herb garden!

Palate: On the palate we have a little funk. Hessian sacks, horse stables, cheese rind and fresh leather. A cooling mouthfeel, with a lengthy, maritime finish. Seriously good.
