Adelphi Breath Of The Isles 2007 is a 14yo Single Malt with a limited bottling of only 1020. It is a vatting of refill Oloroso Hogsheads.

Colour: Copper-gold in colour with a moderate bead.

Nose: A bright, alluring nose redolent of apple pie, fresh ginger, heather honey and beach debris.

Palate: The well-balanced palate is chock full of crunchy nut cornflakes, pumpernickel bread, salted popcorn, mocha and a tangle of seaweed. A long, beautifully harmonious finish completes this dram in style. Wonderful stuff.
