A small parcel of fruit is selected for the Blue Chip Riesling from the estate vineyard, which is located at around 550m above sea level. 

Free run juice undergoes a long slow cold fermentation and once finished is bottled with minimal fining and filtration. 

The Blue Chip Riesling can be enjoyed young and fresh, and also has the potential to cellar for 10-15 years or longer.
